Metabolic testing provides individualised, real data on the number of calories needed to survive each day and also indicates the exact exercise heart rate to maximally burn fat.

The Tests comprise of:

RMR Test:
The Resting Metabolic Rate test provides information about the calories needed to survive at rest and further reveals how efficiently fat as a primary fuel is utilised.

V02 Exercise Test
This test will accurately show your VO2 utilisation (amount of oxygen you're able to use during exercise), heart rate response, the precise number of calories your body burns during exercise, and whether fats or carbohydrates (sugars) are being used as the primary energy source. This test will only takes approximately 30 minutes and with the results we will have an understanding of your peak VO2, anaerobic threshold, calorie burn rate for weight loss or sport, and at what heart rate you burn Max Fat in your body. This test is essential for weight loss and control, fitness, and sports performance goals.

Bespoke Test
Bolt-on components can include spin analysis on a bicycle ergometer, ergo testing for rowers, hydration testing, and biomechanical screening.
