Personal Training
I have been involved with sports and fitness training for over 30 years and am forever driven by the advances in research and development in this field. I constantly scour research papers and reports to fuel my enthusiasm and am always asking my body questions and stepping out of my own comfort zone to find the answers. My sprint coach and mentor Byron Gray once told me "you can if you think you can" and if ever a word or sentence became part of my DNA, this would be it.
